Usage: This article is designed to help consultants access their RingCentral account!
Notice: Not all consultants have access to RingCentral. An Eight Eleven internal employee must request this feature from the Eight Eleven internal IT team!
Getting Set Up (RingCentral)
Once you have been invited to RingCentral, you should receive an email to start getting set up! Click "Set Up Your Account"!
You will be brought to a password creation screen. Please write this password down, as you will be using it to access RingCentral from here on!
You will also be asked to make a pin to be able to check voicemail messages!
Next, for the emergency location, please use the city closest to you!
After this setup is complete, you will be asked to sign in and authenticate via an email sent to the email tied to your RingCentral account!
You are now fully set up with RingCentral!
