ADP Workforce Now is the system used to view your official paystubs, W-2s, and tax documents. This article explains what is available in ADP, how to access it, and what to do if something looks missing or you can't log in.
Note: ADP is for viewing pay records only. To update your direct deposit, W-4, or personal information, see How to Update Direct Deposit, Taxes (W-4), and Personal Information.

ADP profiles are not created immediately on your start date. Payroll typically creates ADP profiles approximately 1โ1.5 weeks after the start date, based on processing timelines.
- You will receive an ADP registration email on your first pay date.
- Access will not be available before your first pay cycle has processed.
If your first pay date has passed and you have not received a registration email, contact the Eight Eleven support team.
Paystubs are available in ADP after payroll has processed for that pay period. They appear by pay date โ if the pay date has not yet passed, the paystub will not be visible yet.
If a paystub looks missing, check the following first:
- Confirm the pay date has passed.
- Check for multiple paystubs on the same pay date โ this is normal and can occur due to different earning types, retro pay, or corrections.
- Verify you are logged into the correct ADP profile.
W-2s are available in ADP after year-end payroll processing is complete and tax data has been finalized. They will not appear before the official release, even if your paystubs are visible.
How to access your W-2:
- Go to workforcenow.adp.com
- Log in to your ADP account.
- Navigate to Myself โ Pay โ Annual Statements.
- Select the appropriate tax year to view or download your W-2.
Important: Payroll is unable to email or manually provide copies of W-2s. ADP is the only way to access them.
Reach out to the Eight Eleven support team if:
- A paystub is missing after the pay date has passed and you've confirmed it's not a duplicate.
- Your W-2 is not visible after the announced release window.
- Your legal name or address appears incorrect on tax documents.
- You recently returned from a break or were rehired and cannot see your records.
- Your first pay date has passed and you never received an ADP registration email.
- ADP cannot find your record (see login section above for what to include).
